Making Anger Work For You

The website url is for the information I use in this discipline. The site is under construction and will have more information as time progresses. I will post more information as I see interest develop (and as time permits). I will begin by posting the 10 disciplines (as an overview). The best way to approach the disciplines is to begin with the first, and work on that one until it is a habit. Then to add others one at a time... at least from my perspective. I believe Dr. Robinson in his class presents the first two together (the bothers me list and anger workout) so getting those two down in any order OR together is great!
