I've learned some pretty amazing tools for making my anger work for me and I thought it would be great to find like-minded people willing to work through the disciplines with me. The disciplines are daily activities and can be as long or as short as you want them to be. They include: keeping a "bothers me" account (daily); doing an anger workout (daily); establishing relationships with people who are willing to tell you the truth even if it's something you might not enjoy hearing (a part of what I hope this community can provide); and more. If you are interested in knowing more, please submit a request to join and as time goes by I will add a description of each of the disciplines and we can begin working on them together.
